Hoturoa Barclay-Kerr (Matakura), founder of Te Toki Voyaging Trust, will share the remarkable story of the revival of traditional Pacific celestial navigation and deep-sea voyaging, and the lasting influence of master navigator Mau Piailug on MΔori and Pacific navigation in Aotearoa.
